Improper service of my laptop

This is regarding my HP laptop service. I had given my laptop for servicing in the month of July due to a display issue with my laptop. I had given it for servicing to Digitech E-service, 33-A, Rama road, Industrial area, New delhi -110015. They said they changed my display though i am aint sure of what they changed. Again in the month of August the same problem happened to occur again. This time they claim to have changed my motherboard. Now again the same problem is occurring. I took for servicing and they seem to treat it as some new issue without of having a concern for what happened earlier.

As u can notice this is the third time i m going to that service centre in a row of three months. The problem is recurring which they never seem to have rectified it. This is really testing my patience becoz everytime my laptop happens to reside with them for atleast 8 days . so as u can see in a row of three months my laptop stays with them for atleast a month. My laptop is really critical for my job. Also i have to travel everyother from my home to that service centre which isnt nearby. The servicing they render is imperfect and is not good, since the same problem is recurring in a row of three months.

Digitech services is not really trustable and i hope govt takes action against them.
