Not Received ATM Card Since long back

Its a matter of reget that i had opend an saving bank plus account at SBI Main Branch Allahabad (0006), but inspite of regular folowups and discussions had with concerned person in bank i had not received my ATM Card till Date, though Pin No has been received by branch and they had provided my cared No. Activation date i.e 07.01.2009. BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO TELL WHERE TO FOLLOW UP NOW.
