Care Pack for HP Laptop

I have purchased care pack to Extend HP Laptop Warranty on 21/11 . I had paid amount 7500 through Demand Draft on their Karnal Center. As my laptop went wrong.i went to HP service center Panipat

to fix my laptop. But the told that your your carepack has not been updated. Now i am student and i am and in deep trouble. Please help me. When i call them in karnal center they are making excuse and not taking my problem seriously.
