Fraud With students

Dear Sir,

My sister in law had taken addimision in JIHE last year.

During the counsiling/ interview for addmision at the college it was informed by the college cordinator that they would provide a Diploma in finance from JIHE (Jagannath Institute of Higher Education) and the college is affilated to Hissar university for Degree in MBA.

On the first day of the college the option of choosing university i.e. Hissar and Panjab Technical was offered, few of the students opted for Hissar and remaining opted for Panjab.

After completing one year in the college she has come to know that the course she is enrolled in is a certificate course nad not a Diploma Degree.

And above all these the college has changed the name from JIHE to DIHE (Delhi Institue of Higher Education).

The carrier and the money paid is on a high rsik as we do not understand whether to continue the course and pay them another 1.5 lakh or to discontinue and ask the paid fee back.
