NON- RECEIPT OF MATERIAL

Dear Sir,

We would like to bring to your kind immediate attention / notice about the carelessness and unprofessional handling and lying by your Delhi & Mumbai DTDC Branch Staffs to the above subject.

The fact is M/s. Diligent Inc. had sent the consignment by air to us through docket number mentioned in the above subject. The bill and challan were given at the time of booking our consignment at your Shakarpur, Delhi branch. The Consignment was dispatched without the bill & challan alongwith.

Your Mumbai Branch (Goregaon – East) Staff were unable to give us correct feedback (intentionally lying to hide inefficient handling at Shakarpur) instead blaming us as to our office was not receiving the calls and found closed.

We regret to say, due to carelessness & unprofessional handling by your staff (we had pillar to post run) resulting in unnecessary seizure of our material at Mira-Bhayander Octroi Post.

Now, they are forcing us to pay 10times the octroi fee of 3% for Rs. 1, 24, 000/-(i.e.42, 000/=)

Overall this has put us into great turmoil and business loss-cancellation of our orders.

Hope you are aware that, why are booked material by Air instead of surface transport?

We will be forced to take legal action if our material is not delivered to us immediately and urgently.
