Oadband connectivity is poor & bad service

sir,

I raju kashyap I having a bsnl broad band unlimited plan since 5 months before but i am unable to use it beacuse maximum time broadband server is down. if i complain for that in customer care they are unable to solve my problem . and i have no other option to choose another broadband connection like airtel it has very good service. Every month i pay my bill in time but i cant get proper service of broad band Now i realise hat i am wasting my money and time for that. At last i am using internet through smart mobile . i want to disconnet my broad band connection an all my coustermer of computer also sufer of your service. I suggest to all of them to use all other usb modem internet connection accept bsnl.
