Faulty Mother Board

I had lodged a complaint with HCL service centre at Sector 22, Chandigarh on 14 Sep. 2009 against call ID 1308 and complint no. 149090218 after which HCL Engineer visited my place and taken away the Mother Board since it was to be replaced (as per the visiting engineer). After many reminders on phone and personal visits to HCL Service Centre, they sent the engineer on 13 Oct with Mother Board which was also faulty and the engineer took away the same assuring an early replacement. But all that seems to be just a false promise because noone turned up after that even after many telephonic reminders. It is requested that the complaint may please be attended at the earliest to keep the faith on HCL alive.
