Non repairing of seepage in govt. accomodation

I have been alloted a flat under General Pool Reidential Accomodation at SADIQ NAGAR LOCALITY HOUSE ID 324160 TYPE-III, SECTOR-III, QUATAR NO.-198, IstFLOOR I have complaint many number of times to concerned authority in my locality but from last six months no action has been taken. There is seepage in my house through bath room pipes. It has spread to allmost to whole bathroom, latrine room, kitchen and bed room. THE CONDISITION IS SO MISREABLE THAT WE MY WHOLE FAMILY IS UNABLE TO LIVE IN THE FLAT. IT HAS CREATED HELL LIKE CONDITION IN MY HOUSE .The dirty water of latrine is dropping all the times in the whole seepage area. The severage pipe has been blocked and water is looged all the times at the entrance of all blocks and even water has spread up garrage. Also two doors and window towardas balcony side is broken which needs urgent repearig/change from security point of view. It is also to complain that floors of TWO bed rooms are broken SPREADING DUST TO ALL THE AREAS OF FLAT.It has resulted deep pits.
