Egarding indian cdc

Espected sir,

myself is one of the (crewmember) seafarer from india mumbai. I want to know when is the sailing experience cdc will going to start .i have already completed my 36 month in f.g ship and holding uk cdc ..like me there are thousand of other seafarer holding other national cdc and they want to get indian cdc.

if the goverment of india can issue cdc for other country nationality with indian cdc to sail for indian company .than y can't they issue to there own nationality, our career is block with lot of question in this pls help us ..
