Refussal of Refund of Membership Fee

Dear Sir

I want a refund order of the discount premium club of Rs. 5490.00 which was debited from my credit card on 09.04.08.

I had received a call from one executive of your call centre regarding the benefits of the discount premium club on 08.04.08 and 09.04.08 on my mobile no. 9811769292. After giving the detail of the benefit of the discount premium club i have agreed to accept the membership of the discount premium club. while speaking with the executive on the phone he told the payment options. He told me that if your are not satisfied with the product you can refund the discount premium club kit with in 20 day after receiving at home. When i have received the kit from your office after that i trying to contact the call centre on 951203042888 for the further course of action but i am not able to get through with this number. Then i have decided to refund the discount premium kit to your registered address which is provided by you on the website. http://www.discountpremiumclub.in/contact-us.html. the detail of the address on which i have sent the kit is given below

"Post: Discount Premium Club, P.O Box Number 9207, Delhi - 110092.". though the kit has been send by me in the month of april but still i have not received the refund of Rs. 5490.00 Today i have again called the call center to get the detail of the and status of the refund order she is not able to provide the membership no. nor able to find the status of the refund order.

Kindly expedite this matter and resolve the issue and send the refund order as early as possible.
