On my mscit certificate insted of my photograph there is other photograph

Espected sir my name is nilesh r kadam i passed ms-cit in 2005 i give all document as told by my institute i.e. disha institute of information technology kalwa thane 400605 but certificate that comes was have other student photograph insted of my photograph i tell my sir about that he told me that give application and dd of 50/- Rs in favour of maharashtra state board of technical education. as per my sir told me i give application and dd of 50/- Rs to my sir to forward ferther.i used to go in institute in regular intervals but they dont give any reply till date please help me out i need this certificate for job

please take action against it and guid me ferthe
