Unfriendly attitude of the staff

Dear Sir,

I have availed Dish TV service on 03-07 from

KARUR dealer which is due for renewal on 17-06. As it is so, I was shocked to a get a call from your staff based at Chennai (Tel No.044 32451943) to my mobile number during busy office hours at 10.26 am on 21-05 and asking me in a rude way whether I renewed the subscription or not. It is highly regrettable to note that the person (grill) called me did not verify the relevant records before calling me. The same person irritated me to the core by continuing the conversation despite the fact; I made it very clear that it is not due for renewal in this month. I have also lodged a compliant with the Customer Care Chennai No.42123918 at 11.30 am. on the same day.

Please counsel your staff to be polite and friendly with the Customers to keep up your company reputation and goodwill the public. If you have a staff who is not customer friendly and polite with the public over phone, it will affect your business prospectus. Hence, I kindly request you to take necessary action on the staff who does not know the value of goodwill.
