Non activation of above VC

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Dish TV Set Top Box from Big Bazar for Rs.999/- Receipt No.197 dt.26.1.08, and after sending 2-3 e-mails to company and several telephonic discussions with M/s.A.S. Vision Infotec, 290/2305, Motilal Nagar No.2, Goregaon (w), Mumbai-400090, representative has given connection on 19.2.08 and collected three months subscription and wire charges amounting to Rs.1086/-. He has assured me of activation within 24 hrs. eventhough 5 days has passes no activation is done. I have contacted Dish TV and A.S. Vision, but, both the parties are passing their responsibility on each other.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
