Discontinue of proposed service

On 1st August I agreed upon to enjoy DISH TV connection with one year free subscription of MAXI pack against the cost of Rs.3000.00. Accordinglt M/s. Sheetal Tarang, Bharadwaj Sadan, Tansen Road, Gwalior - 474002 (M.P.), Phone No. 0751- 2380325, Mob. 91 94251-12351, email Id. sheetaltarang@radiffmail.com, accepted my cheque no. 004704 dated 01/08 amounting Rs. 3000.00, (Cash Memo No. 1817 dated 01/08) drawn band: Bank of baroda, Ext. Counter, Scindia School, Fort, Gwalior. I enjoied first two months uninterropted service and then after I am suffering or deprived. I made more than 500 telephonic request to delar, dist. head of Dish TV, State head od Dish TV. But I fail to convinced them that I deserve the said service for which I had already maid the payment. Finally I am approaching to Indian Consumer Forum with the hope that I will get JUSTICE and DISH TV as well as M/S. Sheetal Tarang, Gwalior will get a lesson not do FRAUD any other customer in future.
