Dishtv Cheated me

Hi All, Dishtv cheated me. my VC number:01501422661.I was a customer of Dishtv. I was in maxi pack.last month (Nov'08) I paid my renewal amount of Rs.350 dated 22nd Nov'08.my renewal date was 27 of nov'08.This month I got a sms from dishtv my renewal date is over on 17th of Dec'08.I call up to customer care regarding this they told there was a mistake by them they will activate my account by within 24 hour. but they didn't.next they when I call they told me 7th of december I paid 900 in my account what ever I did pay and my account is showing 900 negative balance. I don't know how it is possible: D.then they told it will take another 24 hour to check. nothing happend.next day when I called they told I have -1800 balance. I don't how it possile.when I am showting to then they simply hangup the phone. I called then so many times nothing happend.
