DEAR SIR/MADAM

I AM DISHTV CUSTOMER WITH VC NUMBER 01504179227. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES ON 06-03 TO KNOW ABOUT THE GOLD PACK ON THIS NUMBER 1800-180-3474. FIRST OF ALL THEY NEVER PICK UP THE CALL AND IF EVER THEY DO SO THEY WERE UNABLE TO SATISFY ME. WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE AFTER 10-15 MINUTES HE GOT IRRITATED FROM ME, JUST BECAUSE OF MY 2-3 QUESTIONS .I HAD ACTIVATED MY CONNECTION THROUGH SCRATCH CARD OF GOLD PACK WORTH RUPEES 500/- . IN THIS PACK SOME OF THE CHANNELS LIKE MTV, CHANNEL-V, STAR PLUS, STAR GOLD, UTI MOVIES, BINDASS MOVIES, NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC ETC WERE NOT AVAILABLE, SO I ASKED THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE HOW TO ACTIVATE THOSE CHANNELS .BUT IT WAS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME AS HIS BEHAVIOR WAS NOT GOOD .ACCORDING TO ME EVEN BEING A CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE HE HAD NO PROPER INFORMATION ABOUT THE PACKAGES OR WAS NOT READY TO GIVE REPLY OR ANSWER OF MY QUESTION .AT THE END HE WAS VERY RUDE AND CUTS THE CALL .SO I AM NOT SATISFIED.

IS THIS THE WAY THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES TALK OR DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMERS WHO PAY THOUSANDS OF MONEY???
