FEW CHANNELS HIDE WITHOUT NOTICE

I am the subscriber of Dish Tv for the last 1 and half year, My VCNo. 01504295741. On 30th April I re-charged my package vide Transection I.D. No. 2725187 for amounting to Rs. 1800/- . On the renewal I was watching some more channels like Bindass, UTV Movies, Colors, TV5 monde etc. but they are presently not playing on my TV. I may be informed why these channels are withdrawn from my TV. At the time of re-charge the your company representative informed you can watch all these channels without fail.
