Channel not update after lots of complain

I have lots of complain about my channel upgrade in customer care but after that no body solve my problem since 26th of april to last 1st of may and told to excutive i want to talk to your senior but they was never transferd my call to senior and they never intrested to talk with me .plz

solve my probleme as soon as i m now irriate due to your service.
