Poor reception of signal since the time it was installed

I Muktaben Rathod a subsciber[vc# 01504879609] of dishtv (direct to home tv service) would like to officially lodge a complaint against dishtv for poor reception of signal since the time it was installed for roughly around 9 months. I would also like to lodge a complaint against the dishtv franchise (set vision, waghodia road, vadodara, gujarat) whom i had bought the dishtv from for persuading me to switch over to another service provider like airtel. This is highly unacceptable on part of the dishtv franchise to do marketing for & compelling customers to switch over to other service provider.
I reported the problem to franchise which was then been looked upon by the engineers with some adjustments in the orientation of the anteena, but the problem prevailed thereafter once the engineers left my house.there were number of false comitments made by the franchise to send in the engineers. They dont even attend our calls.
Inspite of repeatedely intimating the customer care through phone no action has been taken yet.
I will be really thankful if you take an immediate action against this problem and fix the same ASAP.
