To rectify alignment of dish

There is some alignment problem of the dish, hence I am not able to watch any channels for the past few days as everytime when I switch on the TV a message pops up "check your set top box is properly connected or call ...". But whenever I call the Dishtv customer care, my call never gets connected or rarely when it connects a phone message that the lines are busy call later. This continues everytime you call the no. The worst is the south zone no which never gets connection and the calls are always diverted and disconnected. My vc no is 01505331300
