Fooling costomers

I paid am amount of 250rs to a dealer named Rainbow enterprise, located in asansol, west bengal. thi dealer took the amount 250rs and gave me a recipt, and recharged my account but soon in 10 days my validity got over so i inquired in dish costumer care they told that the total amount paid by the dealer is 125rs only, i registered a complain against him through costumer care but nobody responded. therefore i request you to look at this matter.
