Channel not seen

I have dish tv connection and recently updated the package from silver to gold pack. The game channel (90) which was available in silver pack has been discontinued in the higher pack. The customer care and complaint cell for the dish tv is almost defunct. In shillong even after repeated calling they did not respond to the complaints. It is almost 20 days and the problem has not been attended to. My V.C No. is 01504311847. I am really frustated with the Dish tv performance.
