Dear Sir/Madam,

I have Dish TV connection. I recharge my Dish TV account online from www.dishtv.in using netbanking due to some issue in website amount deducted from my account but not reflect on Dist Tv account on the same day. I have call there 5 - 10 times after that 3 day later my account recharged and it is after my recharge date. as i have pay before my recharge date even after they charge me grace period charges because they get money after recharge date due to there website related problem. Then again i have called there 5 -10 times but my grace charges not refunded.

Due to these process of Recharge of amount 400 rs cost me approx 500rs as follows.

Amount i have pay : 400 Rs.

Called Customer Care Executive (15 times for 5min/call): 75-100 Rs (Approx).

Grace period Charges: 20 Rs.
