Less number of days recharged and few channels not working

My VC number is 01507815027. I had recharged using Rs. 1600 and got 3 days less than 6 months (as mentioned in TV ad and on their website) my recharge date was 16 april and after recharge it should have been 16 october but it is 13 october also UTV movies has stopped working. Such faults have occurred several times in my previous recharges. More over the site is so faulty that it does not even accepts complaints. Customer care do not have any knowledge.
