Promotional sms despite dnd

I’ve An Idea Customer registered for DND since but getting every day 2-3 SMS from DISH TV. So I Logde A Complaint Against This Matter On DISH TV Customer Care and Idea Custome Care (complaint registered n number of times) but no action from both side
