Cheating by DISH TV in the name of Free Recharge

Dear Sir,

I am a customer of dish TV with VC no. 01505549438. I have subscribed silver package on 02-04-09 by paying through recharge free card of Rs.500. After deduction of some charges the subscription was validated upto 06-08-09. But suddenly my connection was disconnected on 19-06-09. On enquiry from customer care it was told that I have subscribed for some additional paid channel against which my subscription period was reduced. Even after repeated argument that how my original subscription period can be reduced, no satisfactory reply was given. I have two reservations against the services of DISH TV.

1. I have never asked/subscribed for paid chanel.

2. I have paid subscription fee for 4 months and 4 days and the same has been accepted by DISH TV. One accepted how DISH TV can redue my subscription period without intimating me. Even if I subscribed for any additional channel, DISH TV might have asked for the money or in case of non payment may not have allowed viewing paid channel.

It simply means that I have been cheated because I have paid subscription amount in advance for four months.
