Failure of services

I have registered complain through sms on sunday through which i received complaint no. and i informed local care centre also which has not given complaint no. I called north centre also on tuesday but again the told me that they will contact with in 48 hours. Now IPL is going on which is very important for me, i was not able to see or avail entertainment through dishtv which must i used because i paid for this. I spend money on phone also but didn't get any response. complaint no from north centre - 13323157 and complaint no from dishtv is - 13284201. 301 signal not foung is always comes with in a week but his time it comes continously. If this problem will not resolve till saturday then i have to mail this to subhas chandra (zee busness group).
