Dish TV not giving connection after full payment and online orde

I had ordered for a new dish tv connection through internet on 5th Dec and got a online Token No. 28025, mentioning within 24 hrs, the product will be delivered at home.

It was charged 690 Rs.

But its almost 10 days passed, no correspondence has done from Dish TV and many times I tried calling their customer care, but they are very careless in handling and rude too.

The keep on saying everyday that by EOD it wl be done etc etc... but no result absolutely.

Please log a complain and do the needful.
