Arring of broadcasting free channels& not activated suntv package so fo

My vc no is 01500678334, i have paid Rs 300/= as renewal cum sun tv package on April 3rd ..till date sun tv package has not been activated though several reminders over tollfree no.. i paid renewal for 3 months-apr to june. in what circumstances they have disconnected without prior notice for free channels..kindly look into the matter very seriously, other wise i am forced to move action thro legal..
