Delay in attending complaints

Our Dish TV VC no. 01504758039, We installed your connection in the month of
March 08, Now we are totally fed up from your connection because of
repeatedly problems in your connection in last 4 months and also your after
sales service is very poor,
IN last 15 days -
we lodged one complaint on 18/06 bearing complaint no. 13925457, that
complaint was attended on 29/06 after 3 followup calls.
and now again no channel is coming since yesterday i.e. 1/07/08, complaint
no. for yesterday problem is 14160558, no body contacted us till today 04/07.
if this is the quality of service you are providing, pls take your
equipment back and refund our money.
