Disgusting customer service

The customer service of DIshtv is really of the lowest standard that I have ever seen.

I had registered a complaint with them to dismantle the antennae on 20-7-08 (complaint no:14520486). Some guy simply put it as resolved!!! On 22nd I had to re-register the complaint (14557694). As of today no one has called up. The most horrible part is the way the call centre guys speak. They are the most disgusting bunch of moron ever found. If you cant understand a word of English how the hell do u land up in a call center? I have had enough of their crap. The only problem is the complicated manner of lodging a formal complaint against these guys.

My suggestion to anyone listening - DONT EVER GO FOR DISHTV.
