Installation of dish tv

I have purchased dishtv from your local dealer on 20.8.2008 bearing dishtv No.01506080011 with form SAF No.4901876 and the operator installed the dishtv on same day at my residence and assured that the same will be activated on next morning. But unfortunately since then it has not been activated and now it has stopped to function because seven days review card has elapsed today. I talked with your customer care office also and he asked me to contact the dealer and assured the needful will be done and asked me to send the form but I can not send it because I have alreay paid cahs to the dealer concerned. If my dishtv is not activated by tommorrow then same may be taken back because other company is ready to install connection within one hour only. Please respond.
