Pathetic Customer service and very bad signal

Dishtv people have a skin of rhino. Nothing effects them. I am having a repeated issue of poor signal for the past 6 months. Thrice engineers have come and have done nothing and have charged me already 175/-. They are sending one more engineer this month and i have to pay again Rs 150/- They are charging me again and again for the same issue. When i try calling the customer care i have to dial an STD number and have to hold on for 30min to get through their call queue. The agents tell you to go for realignment of the dish and the engineer visit charge is Rs. 150.Simply they are cheating their customers. The engineers just do a trial and error job with the dish. They have no instruments to check whether the direction and the angle of the dish is right. Very very poor service i am planning to switch over to other DTH services. These people can only show big ads with big people. Can someone tell me also how to escalate this?
