Poor picture quality and poor response

My dishtv vc - 01505243799. I have made number of complaint to the dishtv India over phone in this regard. On 08-09 someone from the Noida office talked to me and told that your setup box will be collected and checked free as there seems to be problem in that. But there is no further response. I have paid back the full subscription of one year. I want my subscription back and return of dishtv with my full money back. It is really nightmare to have dishtv connection. I will never recommend the same to others.
