To whomsoever concerned, this is an email from a Very unsatisfied Customer (VC # 1504557577) the experience since the time I purchased my equipment has been the most unpleasant one I would have to say of various options I choose to go with Dish TV after the free 6 months I renewed for 3 months then started the night mare because of my bad experience I was promised free subscription for all the inconveniences caused which obviously never happened. However I choose to renew my account for another 6 months but now makes me think I have made the wrong choice my main concern is your customer service firstly the hold time is great and if at all you get to speak to a representative they are incompetent to have a simple issue resolved you have to speak to several of them, secondly you never follow-up as promised &offer false promises which cannot be fulfilled, and the worse part is you get hung up on when u ask to speak to someone in authority if this happens once its understandable could be due to technical problem but this happens every time when u ask to speak to someone in authority I am placed on hold and the line is disconnected. I am a customer care case manager myself for a reputed firm and I know what customer service is and what a bad customer experience can do to a company’s reputation so even before taking Steps of writing up blog’s about the bad customer Experience I had from Dish TV I thought Let me spend some time to write a formal mail and see what you can do for me then I will take it from there on.
