Services are disconnect despite paying renewal fee

I had paid Rs. 3600 to the collection agent in cash on 10th October for year renewal of the subscription. I have proper receipt for the same.

Despite paying by cash, the amount is still not reflected in the display and a complaint was lodged with the company on 13th. They promised an action in 48 hrs.

Now it is more than 55 hrs and services are not restored.

I have some questions from them

1. Collection agent is their own and he is not my choice. If he is not depositing the money it is not my fault.

2. Why services are denied to me if DishTV has not received the sum from their agent.

3. Why they are not able to fix the problem even after 55 hrs.

4. Above all, why should I suffer?

5. Please suggest me how I can put a complaint against them in TRAI or with consumer forum and may be police complaint
