Pathetic after sales service

Since 2 years we have been using Dishtv but services have always been poor in terms of additoin of new channels or services. The alignment of the antenna has to be fixed I have made several phone calls, given the VC Nos. so any times since 19th Oct and today is 21st and still the problem has not been solved. we are not able to watch the Tv since 4 days. The staff is not competent enough to handle complaints or even talk to the customers. I am extremly dissatisfied with the services of Dishtv and in future I would never recommend anybody to take this product.
