DISHTV CONNECTION
VC gets corrupted and new VC not working

I am really frustrated with the services from Dishtv call centre. My VC was somehow not working from 2nd Aug 08 and i placed a complaint on 3rd Aug Complaint and after that 3 days nobody attended my complaint and after 3 days your service man from SAI Services came up and replaced with new card # and said that it will start working in 24 hrs but still i have placed so many complaints on your call centre but no satisfactory answer was given from them every time they say it will take another 24 hrs. and still my new card is not working.. what the hell is Dish tv are providing services this is really not acceptable.. please look into the matter immediately... or if your not able to provide services then please reimburse my charges paid to you for new card (Rs.400) & visiting charges (RS. 150) and telecasting charges as well. i actually thinking of get this connection surrendered and look for some other option if this is not rectified by today. Also request you to provide your Regional VP/Managers contact No. so that i could escalate this issue.
