Dish TV DTH
New Dishtv Connection not working since purchase-no body responding

Hi,

This is Ajay Bunger, resident of CV Ramannagar, Bangalore.

I purchased a dish tv new connection with VC No. 01505230615. on 7th APril with 1 year package. I have paid 4990/- to Dish TV

The DIsh TV guys didnt bother to install it for first 3 days and after lot of followups from my end, one guy installed it unsuccessfully.

From the day of purchase, it is not working. I am literally harrased by the customer care of dish tv.

As per their documents, distv will be installed with in 24 hrs from the purchase.

From yesterday, I am talking to their representatives to the rank of manager, who are just falsely committing to rectify everything, but nobody is doing it.

GUYS&-NEVER BUY DISHTV BOXES. They are totally unprofessional. SO dont buy it.

Tomorrow, I am going to file a formal appilcation against those guys, because of them, I am facing mental agony and embarrasment before my family, which is also suffereing.
