Cheating through not making COLOURS (The Channel) available

I am subscribed to DishTV India services since last year june to the VC No.015 0440 0607 8.

We sent a SMS for the subscription of the channel COLORS and we got back the reply that, Rs 60/- will be the charges per month, but we have not still got COLORS and it is showing that we have to send the SMS. The person incharge of DISHTV in Sitapur U.P. has not still turned up to check what is the problem.

So, it is my humble request to INDIA CONSUMER COMPLAINTS to please take some strict actions towards then and do the needful.
