Denial of access

My VC No.-1505882692. Dish TV 1 year DISH MAXI was installed at my residence on 28.06.2008 with full payment of subscription for 1 year. So the subscription will expire on 28.6.2009. However, now access is denied to me asking me to renew subscription stating that subscription expired on 09.01.2009 [ only six months are over]. Dish TV India seem to be cheaters. When their Helpline No.1-860-180-3474 is dialled from BSNL, 'this telephone number does not exists' is the reply we get. Dish TV India Surat agent, M/s Krishna Agencies, are also non-responsive and careless once we pay them the money.
