Channel not being able to view

TO whom so ever it may concern,

I had recharged my Dish TV for platinum package along with regional tamil/malayalam and not SOUTH PLATINUM... i have been trying to explain this to ur coustomer care executive for 15 minutes and she was rude. my VC number is 01501341168 registerd in my name Dr. Vinod Xavier Franklin. Iam not receiving any star channels and Channel V and couple of other channels. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. and i diont know what package u have initiated for me but THE IDEA OF NOT INCLUDING STAR MOVIES OR STAR NEWS IN SOUTH PLATINUM PACKAGE IS RUDE. WHAT MAKES U ALL THINK THAT SOUTH INDIANS DONT UNDERSTANT HINDI (OUR NATIONLA LANGUAGE) OR DO U THINK WE ARE ILLETERATE THAT WE are south indians so it wont matter if we dont WATCH STAR MOVIES.
