False promise & pathetic call centre

Me too suffered the same from the customer care people. I have some allignment problem with my dish TV..I have contacted and discussed the same problem on December 13 th with complain no 10321275. till date no action. I hope they are only interested to make new customer (average 5000 customer every day). I am 100% sure by this attitude they will come down to 500 customer with in 3 months,
