Worst Service and Customer Handling

It had been since 9 days since I called up the Area Sales officer - Mr. Nirmal (Saidapet Chennai) and 3 of his team members (Sivakumar, Babu, Dinesh, Saidapet, Chennai) atleast over 15 times now, for reinstallation of my Dish TV connection to the new home I had shifted 10 days back. Till now, no one took reseponsibility of calling me up or following up on this one. But every time I talk to each of these members, they take my address/phone number and says that they will call me back in a 'few' minutes. But they never ring up again. The other reason those people say is, since I had shifted from one area of service to another (just 2.5kms) away, removal of the Dish antenna will be done by one team and the fixing at my new place will be done by other team it seems. But both the teams doesn't seem to respond. The worst thing is when I call up and talk to them, they either say it is a 'bad line' or they say I am not audible and cut the phone. I think these are too old an idea tried in the old telecom days to cut the connection.

So, I am going to wait for atleast for the next couple of days, before I can post my complaint on to the CORE.nic.in (Consumer Online Resources & Empowerment Centre)
