Egarding poor service and no action taken on complaint

I got some alignment problem in my dish tv antenna on 03-04, so i called them up on their call centre no. and they told me that the problem'd be resolved in 24-48 hours and gave me a complaint no.. since then i've been calling them again and again and they keep on assuring me that the repair'd be done within 24 hours and sometimes say that the system is showing that your problem has been resolved but nobody ever called me or showed up at my home.they dont even gimme their reg. off. no.s. My complaint no.s (given to me) are: 12462803, 12369993, 12376662, 12417805, 12421949, 12442947, and i lost 2 more complaint no.s given to me, mr. rakesh jha told me to go to manesar and to get a technician from there as well and asked me who gave you my no. i m feeling totally helpless. kindly help me out.
