Complain against installation by satellite care AMBALA CITY (HARYANA)

I have purchased a dist tv on 19/10/08 from SR Electronics Ambala cantt.

on 20/10/08 installation carried out by satellite care ambala cantt by mr Dinesh told me i have to installed another dish and it will work with in 4 hours.but still not working

I have phone too many times to satellite care center and individual also but till date my dish tv is not working.

so you are requested to kindly take the action against the installer and satellite care his negligency.
