Dishtv setup box-connectivity

V.C.NO.01505524030- PURCHASED DISH TV CONNECTION THROUGH ONIDA TV DEALER FROM DISHTV AUTHORISHED DIs HTRIBUTOR M/s. PREM AGENCIES, VELLORE, T.N. ON 23/05/08 at the cost of Rs.3190/=. I am unable to watch other than free channel (particularly interested to watch SUN tv group channel). As per advice from customer care, I have asked the distributor to get it reactivated as eligible. So far, I have not get my set up box reactivated. kindly look into this matter and advise my dishtributor in this regard. Further, I have sent this complaint to customer care@ dishindia.com.
