I have called on phones to your concerned staff but they never showed interest to solve the Dish Washer problem from day of purchasing. They took 2 months to installed the Dish Washer. After instalation your never stayed back to complete a run of Dish Washer. So at the end i am writting to you. If you will not help to solved the issued than i will sent a complaint to your comapny MD. After that no body will listen that i will take the assistance of court.

I think this is sufficient to inform yourfield staff services. So again i requested you to sent your engineer to solve the Dish Washer problem.

Your organisation person taking feed back and other details on phones and SMS only, but no body came to actual place to solve the problem after giving the feed back. Without solving problems your representative sending SMS for OK
