Sir,

We the residents of Bazar Sita Ram Delhi.110006 are suffering from unsocial activities running at M.C.D.dispensary of the above area with the help of staff and doctor of the dispensary. One of the high profile muscleman is doing all these activities from morning till night and also kept the keys with him. It is purely a place of drinking whiskey and play Gamble and also used for domestic purposes and nobody even can talk a single word against him. A car of his own also parked outside the four gates of this dawakhana as it seems that the dispensary is closed. The timings of dispensary for the public is only for two hours. So we all the residents request u to please look into the matter and strong and immediately action must be required.
