Not able to renew the registration

I have registered my Bachelors degree in the year 2008 in Madurai employment office and i have got my registration number as well.

I am not able to login to the renewal page in tnvelaivaippu.com using the registration number provided on the card.

It says that the user id is invalid.

Could you please let me know what can be done on the same.
